Unfinished Love |

We got an Unfinished Love, it happened long ago When we were all children. How were we to know? In the silence of the night you could hear the whispered call, Free to love one another, but we knew not Love at all. Unfinished Love, Dying on the Vine, Does anyone remember, if we got to taste the wine? An inheritance of lies, kept us in our place. Fuel to feed the captors of the human race. Love came to the world so many times to set us free, But every time was answered by death’s finality. Unfinished Love, Dying on the Vine, Does anyone remember, do we get to taste the wine? If you got to live a life, you ought to live it well. If we can’t live together, we’ll always live in hell. So when Love draws the line, there’s just one side you’re on. Better get on over before the chance is gone. Unfinished Love, Dying on the vine, Does anyone remember, will we ever taste the wine?
