Lynn Hubbard The mind is like a garden A thought is like a seed And when good seed is planted The fruit tastes fine, indeed But when bad seed is sown there The garden looks like hell The weeds that take it over Make roses hard to smell So when the garden’s ailing There’s just one thing to do… Pull all those worthless weeds out And faith will see it through The garden plot is weed free Things look much better now All bloom with understanding Cause truth makes a good plow
